Fun resort, but make sure to read checkout rules!

A great family resort / lots of facilities & perfect for our 3 days. The staff were lovely & the apartment good. However we were not informed there were check out rules & We would need to view those rules on the hotel website. We left our apartment tidy & closed all windows & washed up & put away our breakfast items. We left our bed linen in a pile for collection but did not empty our bin. After we left we were charged Euro 50 for not abiding with the check out rules. Such a disappointment after such a lovely stay - if we had known about the rules of course we would have followed them. The hotel should have written instructions visible within the apartment. After contacting the hotel to explain we were told in no uncertain terms that we had broken the rules.

We had an enjoyable stay in a beautifully maintained and peaceful park. The surroundings were clean and well-kept, which really added to the holiday atmosphere. The cottages are on the smaller side, but we were aware of that when booking, so it didn’t come as a surprise. One downside, however, was the lack of air conditioning in any of the cottages. With the summer temperatures, it became very warm inside, and the portable fans that were provided didn’t offer much relief — they mostly just circulated warm air. As a result, it was very difficult to cool down the cottage and especially the bedrooms, which impacted our sleep quality. Opening the windows was the only option, but that unfortunately meant dealing with mosquitoes and their bites. Installing air conditioning would definitely be a worthwhile investment. Additionally, during the first week of July there was no animation team present — presumably because the French summer holidays hadn’t started yet. This might be ideal for those seeking peace and quiet, but with young children, we really missed having any kind of entertainment or activities. It was completely absent that week. All in all, it’s a lovely and well-maintained park in a beautiful setting, but on hot days and for families with children, there’s definitely room for improvement.

Weekend en famille très sympathique, le cadre est vraiment agréable, beaucoup d’activités proposés. Le seul bémol que nous évoquerions est le manque de climatisation dans les chambres la chaleur était intenable la nuit malgré les ventilateurs.

Nous avons passé un super weekend prolongé, tout était parfait. L'appartement impeccable, bien équipé, propre, calme. Le personnel adorable, suite à un retard dans le remise des clés, ils nous offerts deux prestations sans que nous ayons à demander quoique ce soit. Les piscines sont incroyables. Bref à peine rentrés à la maison, qu'on a déjà réservé pour juillet ❤️

Habitués du village vacances Pierre & Vacances Le Rouret, nous venons d'y poser nos valises pour la 4ème fois. Globalement, le charme opère toujours et nous avons passé un bon séjour. Ce que nous adorons toujours : L'emplacement et le cadre : L'Ardèche est magnifique, et le domaine est idéalement situé, offrant un environnement calme et ressourçant. L'espace aquatique : La piscine principale est toujours au top, parfaite pour se détendre. L'équipe : Le personnel permanent est, comme à son habitude, très sympa et accueillant. Les points à améliorer (pour retrouver l'excellence d'avant) : La motivation des équipes : Si les anciens font un super boulot, certains nouveaux membres du personnel de la réception semblent parfois manquer un peu de dynamisme et de motivation. Un petit coup de boost bienveillant serait parfait ! L'entretien des équipements : Nous avons constaté que le domaine vieillit un peu. Une rénovation des équipements comme la piscine située à côté de l'ancienne ferme (qui n'existe plus malheureusement, ce que nous regrettons) est un vrai plus pour rafraîchir l'offre de loisirs. En résumé, nous recommandons toujours Le Rouret pour des vacances en famille, mais nous espérons que la direction investira un peu plus dans l'entretien et la formation des nouveaux saisonniers de la réception (pas ceux des animations qui sont top) pour que le village garde toute sa superbe. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Excellent emplacement situé dans un environnement très calme au milieu des champs et de la verdure. Bords de l’Ardèche à 5 min ainsi que du Chassezac. Propriété très bien tenue, avec de grandes piscines spacieuses. Appartements très propres et agréables. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un excellent séjour chez Pierre et Vacances !

La piscine n'était pas encore en service mais elle a l'air vraiment très bien. L'accueil a été excellent. Nous avons séjourné sur place une nuit seulement mais la maions est agréable, la literie est bonne et l'environnement est très plaisant.

Ensemble satisfaisant. Belles piscines avec un toboggan bouée. La gérante du restaurant est géniale et très humaine! Buffet petit dej de qualité : viennoiseries, œufs, confitures, céréales, produits laitiers…pour 14,50€ Néanmoins la literie est de mauvaise qualité, et pas idéale pour les grands!. Il y’a trop de monde dans les piscines. Pas de transat après 10h. Pas de Clim.
Attention le prix des petits dej sur place ne correspondent pas à ceux indiqués sur Expedia mais la gérante nous a gentiment offert le déjeuner pour palier à l’erreur! Merci encore.

Réservation pour une famille avec 1 bébé de 3 mois et un enfant de 2 ans , nous avons eu le droit un logement accessible uniquement par escalier. Le but de la réservation était de profiter de la piscine chauffée qui en fait ne l’ai plus car cela doit coûter trop cher… ce serait bien de le préciser avant sur le site. Prix de la restauration excessif (mon avis perso)
