The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this house for rent in Grospierres, with shared swimming pools, a surface area of 52 m² and accommodation for up to 6 guests. It comprises a 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a bathroom (with shower and bathtub). Bed linen included, towels not provided, we're just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A shower room

The two sofas in the living room can be used as extra beds if required.

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (which can be pushed together)
- Bedroom 3: one bunk bed
- A bathroom with bathtub
- A separate toilet

Outside:
- An 18 m² wooden terrace, facing north-west, with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- Shared, unheated swimming pools (350 m² outdoor lap pool, Californian pool and paddling pool) and 650 m² aquatic area shared with the residence, open from July to August.

The house is ideally located in Grospierres, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets and more.
