Utkiek - cozy nest in a country house style - vacation for couples and small families

My lovingly furnished 4 star holiday apartment Utkiek is located in the attic of the extension of the Landhaus Alte Apotheke. Your vacation home offers space for up to 4 people and fulfills all requirements for a relaxing time.

A box spring bed in the large bedroom awaits you with XXL blankets and three different pillow sizes from Tencel. Thanks to the darkening options of all windows in the sleeping area, you can enjoy a restful sleep. Country house furniture made by a carpenter offers plenty of storage space.

In the second bedroom, equipped with a wide single bed (1.20 m) and a normal single bed (width 90 cm), XXL blankets and two different pillow sizes made from Tencel natural fiber are also available. Here too, a cabinet made by a carpenter completes the picture.

The next morning you will receive a rest in our shower room with floor-to-ceiling entry and a rain shower. A towel warmer ensures comfortably warm towels in luxury quality. Thanks to the integrated roof window, this extraordinary shower offers you a lot of space.

The hallway leads to the light-flooded living area with integrated dining area and open kitchen. Prepare your favorite dishes in the high-quality kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Enjoy your breakfast at the dining table with Landhaus Eckbank.

A flat screen TV with Blue Ray player and home theater system in the living area helps to relax on the cozy couch in the evening. Feel comfortable all around.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist überdurschnìttlich gut ausgestattet. Die Schlüsselbergabe war unkompliziert.Die Lage in Timmel ist ideal für tolle Fahrradtouren in der Umgebung oder auch Ausflüge an die Küste.Schön ist auch das Timmeler Meer zum Baden oder Angeln.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr gut, zumindestens die Unterkunft, gutes Wetter kann man leider nicht buchen trotzdem haben wir sogar einen Tag verlängert, weil es uns so gut gefallen. In der Unterkunft hat es an nichts gefehlt, sauber und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

In der Tat kuschelig 😊

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung, wir haben uns darin sehr wohlgefühlt. Es hat an nix gefehlt. Habe schon sehr viele Wohnungen und Häuser in den letzten 15 Jahren für Urlaube in Timmel gemietet, aber diese Wohnung hat sich in meinem persönlichen Ranking ganz nach oben geschossen. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin!

Gemütliches Apartment

Tolles, gemütliches Apartment. Hier fehlt es an nichts. Für Ausflüge empfiehlt sich ein Auto. In Timmel selbst hatten wir eher wenig zu entdecken, im Umland gibt es aber viele tolle Ausflugsziele.

Zauberhaftes, stilvolles Ambiente

Der "Utkiek" ist wunderschön im ruhigen Ort gelegen und bietet alles, um sich entweder dort zu versorgen und zu entspannen und/oder die schöne friesische Landschaft, das Meer und die kleinen Städte zu erkunden. Das nimmt man gern im Gedächtnis mit und freut sich ggf. auf ein Wiedersehen.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir verbrachten eine Woche in dieser wundervollen modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Buchung und Kommunikation verliefen reibungslos. Durch die relativ zentrale Lage in der Mitte Ostfriesland hatte man genügend Ausflugsziele in alle Himmelsrichtungen zur Auswahl ob zum Watt Wandern an die Nordsee, nach Westerstede zum Draisine fahren oder zum Bummeln durch Esens. Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub.

Rundum zufrieden!

Wir haben uns in der gemütlichen, im maritimen Landhausstil, eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie war sehr sauber und es war an alles gedacht. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett!

Erholsamer Kurzurlaub in Timmel

Wir haben uns in der hellen, gepflegten und nach einem hübschen Farbkonzept eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, inkl. hochwertigem und optisch 'wohltuendem' Geschirr. Die große, helle Dusche ist klasse! Ein Stück des Gartens mit Sitzecke 'gehört dazu', wir konnten sogar einen größeren Teil nutzen, da unter uns die Wohnung frei war. In Timmel gibt es einen gut sortierten Supermarkt (EDEKA), wo man auch Brötchen bekommt. Der Ort ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für (Rad-)Ausflüge nach Leer, Emden, Aurich und weitere Orte. Wir haben uns z. B. das schöne Greetsiel angeschaut. Alles in Allem hatten wir schöne Tage und können das Domizil uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Der Kontakt zu Frau Zimmermann war äußerst nett und unkompliziert.

Urlaub zumWohlfühlen

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet .Man fühlt sich wohl . Die Ruhe dort , man kann sich richtig erholen und relaxen. Die Wohnung und der Urlaubsort sind zu empfehlen. Auch der Kontakt zu der Vermieterin ist nett. Bei Problemen kann man sich getrost bei Ihr melden. Unser Fazit : Wir werden wiederkommen

Urlaub in Timmel

Wir haben uns in dieser wunderschön und luxuriös eingerichteten Landhauswohnung super wohl gefühlt. Es war genug Platz für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (7 und 9 Jahre), es gab tolle flauschige Handtücher, und in der Küche war mehr Material vorhanden als man selbst zu Hause zum Kochen braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alle zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch zum Timmeler Meer ist es nicht weit, man kann schöne Spaziergänge unternehmen. Diese Wohnung war ein super Glücksgriff für uns. Vielen Dank!
