Ok; needs some improvement
Trevor is an excellent host. Extremely friendly, accommodating and he works with his guests like they are family. He took me grocery shopping, dropped me off at and picked me up from the stadium per my convenience, arranged an island tour for me, etc. Simply the best!
The one thing that could improve is the condition of his property. At least the cottage I stayed in looked run down with cracks on the walls, no AC, a not so pleasant odour in the living room (likely due to minimal ventilation) and several bugs like roach, spiders etc. Also, there was a lot of dust (and that was not pleasant given my dust allergies). Due to the above, I did not enjoy my stay despite Trevor being such an outstanding host. Once the cottage is beefed up, it will be a more pleasurable experience staying there, I am sure.

Excellent landlord and beautiful apartment
My husband and I had a wonderful stay in one of Trevor's apartments. It was brilliant, and Trevor looked after us. Very friendly and helpful when we needed fresh towels and bed linen he was always very quick to respond.
