"Over the years, I have always spent my last night in Belgium at the Sheraton. The staff is welcoming and professional, and every aspect of the stay is perfect. My morning departure at Zaventem merely requires walking across the street after having enjoyed a vast continental breakfast. Always a pleasure."

"I was very surprised when I arrived to find this is a hostel as there is no indication in the description and I wouldn’t have booked had I known this was the case. It was clean and practical but not in the best area. We had to walk here at night from the train station and I didn’t feel particularly safe in this area as there were quite a few gangs hanging around. The room was very basic with no tea or coffee facilities and no remote control for the TV. Everything was clean but dated looking. The breakfast was very basic with not a lot to choose from. Staff were nice but I felt very out of place in a hostel where most of the clientele were large groups of young people."
