Once I joined the tour group the hotel moved me to a room on the 2nd floor : small, dark with 2 twin beds and next to a heavily trafficked ramp/stairs beyond a bridge connecting 2 wings of the hotel. Noisy and uncomfortable; I was not happy."

"Arrived in Amtserdam late at night, the shuttle to the hotel from the airport was easy to find. Check-in went super smooth. I was only there for the night as I had an overnight layover. Check-out the next morning was equally as smooth and the shuttle runs very timely, not much of a wait I had to worry about getting back to the airport."
