"Very private, great secluded hot tub. Quiet and central location to area attraction. Host responded quickly to my one request. Extremely comfortable lazyboy style chairs, very unusual for spots like this"

"This was the perfect place for a quick weekend getaway for my husband and me. The location was great for what we had planned—hiking in Ohiopyle and checking out Fort Necessity and Fallingwater. We have driven past this area numerous times while taking our daughter to college, but we had never taken the time to do any exploring until now! The hot tub was amazing, especially after hiking on Saturday. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. We would absolutely consider staying here again!"

"Really nice place, the front porch is exceptional!"

"We arrived too early--before check in time-- to a smiling and gracious host who was finishing up the cleaning from after the last group. He could not have been more welcoming. The place was immaculate, very spacious, near the trail, everything we needed. The train sounds in the night were a challenge. Ear plugs help. Everything else was perfect. We found some local music and food truck organized by Bloom Brewery in the evening. Breakfast options were scarce since Gary's Chuck Wagon was closed."

"Adorable pet friendly rural cottage! It provided everything we needed for our stay to hike and hang with friends in the Pittsburgh area. Huge bonus that you can bring your four legged family! Richelle had everything ready for us. Booking and Communications prompt and easy. Affordable and easy to get around to explore hiking and coffee. Recommend."

"we stayed here for 3 lovely nights...quiet, spacious and convenient to the park. Did some hikes, played horseshoes and cornhole...the dogs loved the property as well...Only suggestion-- better water pressure...very weak.otherwise, superb."

"We had a great stay. Tricia was wonderful. Check in and check out were easy. Property literally had everything anyone would need. Ample seating options downstairs-and very comfortable. We loved the front porch. I would absolutely stay here again."

"The good: very clean, good location for Ohiopyle, had all the essentials, enjoyed hot tub.Things that could be better: furniture in living space not comfortable- so much so that we went and bought pillows. TV in living room too high. Not the most comfortable beds, but not terrible.Overall we enjoyed, probably would look around more if we made it back to the area."

"We spent a night at the treehouse for our anniversary and it was amazing. The place is immaculate and absolutely beautiful construction. The hosts communicated with us about checking in and about directions to find the treehouse. They responded promptly to all of our text. They were even kind enough to have s'mores set out for us as well as some samples of local beers . The place is decorated with bears and gnomes everywhere- super cute. Even the trails on property have hidden gnomes . My only...

"This place exceeded all expectations! The setting is absolutely beautiful. All of the details that went in to the Hobbit House's exterior/interior made it a truly special place to stay. It worked perfectly for our group of three families with small children."
