"The hotel staff were very friendly. Our room was on the 4th floor. It was large with two rooms, a table and four chairs. Tv in each room . The room was clean and tidy. There were two doors out onto the balcony which has most beautiful Mountain View. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel, the location was slightly uphill and close to the shops, restaurants and only a short walk to the train station. The views were amazing and we would come back if we came to Grindelwald again."

"Beautiful location with some incredible views and vistas. The rooms are comfortable but with hot weather outside the rooms do get quite warm and uncomfortable at night. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff super friendly. The front desk closes late morning to late afternoon which is a problem if your travel plans are delayed. The property is about a 10 minute bus ride or 20 minute walk from downtown which makes it nice a peaceful. The walk up is steep but not that bad (unless you have rolling luggage). Overall a wonderful experience!"
