"Air conditionnée insuffisant, oreillers vraiment pas confortables , très forte senteur de cigarettes dans la chambre . Les employés de l’hôtel semblait sensible et nous comprendre , mais n’ont rien fait pour remédier à nos insatisfactions. Pas moyen de changer de chambre et ils n’ont pas d’oreillers différents à proposer. Nous avons très mal dormi les Deux nuits dans l’odeur de cigarette."
