"Room was clean but when I went this last time customer service the staff sucked no one greeted me they were just looking at me and expecting me to know what to do. They’re not friendly they talk low so you’re constantly asking them to repeat themselves. The room I went to first they never checked they just assigned the room luckily I checked because the bathroom sink was stopped up then this isn’t the first time I’ve stayed so late time I had a room where the air hardly worked. I honestly expected better considering my first time going was great no problem but I think the workers have become lazy or they have the wrong people working period…"

"Initial room was not cleaned. Even after going to the desk - the response was I'll let the manager know and housekeeping will come in the morning. There were 2 sweatshirts in the room, trash in the can, bed wasn't made (sheets/covers pulled up to the top), bath mat sitting on the top of the toilet, tissue box empty and separated from the container, used soap on the sink. Had to ask to be moved to a new room. No apologies. "

"The rooms were not big but looked normal size, just clean enough. The breakfast had a few good choices. Not many fresh fruits except for oranges or apples. "
