"Ed was a great host and had snacks waiting for us upon arrival. He was very prompt to respond to any questions we had. The unit is quiet and on the upper level of a charming historic home in Old Portsmouth. Walking distance to great restaurants and a small park to walk your dog to. Overall, we had a great stay! "

"Such a cozy little old house with so much character and decorated so cute! But most important- so clean! Although I did not use the kitchen for any cooking, it is equipped with all the essentials needed for any meals that you may want to prepare. The bathroom is a little on the small side but functional, the lighting is BRIGHT and PERFECT for makeup application! The bed is very comfy, too! This home IS located just a few short minutes from the beach- which is convenient for any beach...

"Needless to say when we left the house was cleaner than when we arrived.There were cleaning towels and mop head in washer that had been ran but never dried that were completely dry stuck to the sides from being in there so long, there was a plate of moldy spaghetti left in the microwave that stunk the kitchen up.The house needs some updates.
