"The room was spotlessly clean and fresh. The window opened which I liked. The shower worked perfectly and although, as others have said, the door into the bathroom was a bit odd, it was fine. The staff were really helpful, friendly and efficient, including the staff on the front desk and also the staff cleaning the rooms. The location in Greenwich was excellent. It is in the heart of Greenwich and it is minutes from Greenwich station, the DLR (I used the Cutty Sark DLR but there is also one near the station). There is also a water bus (not sure of correct name) which you can take to various stops in London. All the main Greenwich tourist sites were easy to walk to (I use a walking stick but it was all do-able) as well as Greenwich market and lots of pubs and restaurants."

"I appreciated the property’s location and cleanliness during my stay. However, two main issues impacted my experience: Cleaning Fees: Charging extra for room cleaning over a two-week stay was unexpected. I suggest bundling cleaning costs into the room rate so guests know the total price upfront. Maintenance: There is a persistent bad odor coming from the soakaway that urgently needs to be addressed."
