"Loved the spacious townhouse; especially the private back patio. The spiral staircase was a bit of surprise but manage to get my luggage up and down with a bit of maneuvering. Must have car to get around."

"Close to LSU and perfect area for parents who have a student attending LSU. Very clean and nice place. Owners were nice and prompt to answer or fix any issues. I will definitely choosw to stay here when I visit my child at LSU again. Highly recommend! I was skeptical staying next to a gas station but it was actually the perfect place and area to stay. No issues with the residents of the neighborhood and no scares. Felt very comfortable. So happy my family chose this stay!"

"The unit was fine for a place to stay. The property manager is slow with check-in instructions and we never received any check out instructions. The manger is absolutely unavailable after normal business hours for any issues that come up, as we found out. The house had been updated recently but the workmanship was of mixed quality. The new flooring was laid over an obviously rotted subfloor juding by how springy the floor was when walking on it."

"This was the perfect location for what we needed while we visited our daughters who live in Baton Rouge. It was a quiet neighborhood close to everything we needed. There was no contact from the host, but that was fine because the instructions were clear enough to understand. I would definitely rent this location again in the future."
