The property is not maintained well but is usually pretty clean. I've stayed here several times.

Tru By Hilton Greenville
Booked room, got there and they were out of the rooms booked. There were a lot of broken things in the room, bathroom door wouldn’t shut. On top of that the water was brown, but safe apparently. I paid way too much.

Hotel 27
Nice older hotel with a friendly staff. Stay here often. Only complaints are: typical brown Greenville water and small TVs. In old downtown area that is pretty abandoned.

This is the perfect place if you have a large group. The bedrooms are spread out into wings which allows for privacy and plenty of space.
