"Room was clean and spacious . The check in was awful. We paid ahead for parking and there was to be a pass, which there wasn’t . We reached out and they sent us on a wild goose chase looking for the pass , then they sent us to two separate lock boxes and stated that it would be in there which it wasn’t. We spent over an hour and tried to communicate but it goes through AI , there is nobody on site. After back and forth they told us to move the car to another pay lot so it wouldn’t get towed,...

Dried yellow running water marks on the bedroom walls, peeling ceiling with what looked like mold in the top corner of the kitchen and lots of loose bathroom tiles with a hole in the floor.
