"The unit is tiny but knowing we wouldn’t be spending much time there, it was fine for our use. I liked that we could walk to locations in town. Her directions for use were very clear and precise."

"The house is cute, very clean, and well situated. The town is also very cute with a great little river walk.Has your basics so don't expect to cook a big meal - no real kitchen, which is clearly stated in the description. The code didn't work for us to get into the house. Cat communicated almost immediately but it took an hour to get the code to go in. I understand access to streaming services are not included in most rentals but codes for local channels should be given or that information should...

"Very cute and cozy. Outdoor space was exceptional with fireplace, outdoor covered cooking and dining right off house kitchen. View of the backyard woods inviting and relaxing."

"Robert and Elizabeth were great hosts. They are very communicative and flexible. The house itself is lovely, with nicely decorated rooms and so spacious! The location can’t be beat. Will definitely stay here again."

However, there were many areas that were not cleaned at all. I had to scrub all the lower white cabinets due to food and liquid messes before we could even unpack. The floors required shoes to be worn at all times as they too were very dirty. There are cob webs throughout the entire house and a lot of dust built up in the basement. The pool towels...

"From the moment we booked, Ms. Dorshalee set the tone for an exceptional stay. Communication was prompt, clear, and genuinely warm — exactly what you want when coordinating a family vacation. Every question was answered quickly, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed before we even arrived. The property itself was a wonderful backdrop for our July 4th celebration, but what truly elevated the experience was the host’s attentiveness and care. You could tell this...

"Our first using VRBO. We were not sure what to expect but hoped it was as true as the listing. The home was cleaned and very nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the home was spacious for two worked great. The water pressure was also great. Some small improvements will definitely give this place a 5 star. There was no closet to hang a men’s jacket or sun dresses; no mirror except in the bathroom and perhaps some coasters would help when spending some time reading in the living...

"Excellent"
