"The communication was not very good. I kept having issues with the check-in. The only way I could straighten it out was to call directly. They put me on a side where construction was going on, so they were working from 630 am in the morning until 6 pm. I was happy with the room; it was clean and nice. "This apartment was wonderful! The location was great and walkable to downtown, the host was very responsive and helpful, and it was very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could have needed. The bed was comfortable and AC worked well. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone attending for a sporting event or concert. Could not have had a better experience!!"

"There were some very strict rules about air-conditioning and things like that which seems preposterous. In addition for six days stay there were two towels and two washcloths. I had to launder things several times at my own expense. There was also laundry available, but we could not access it. The Internet never did work. The host felt very authoritative and uncomfortable as a guest I tried to work with her, but it was very unsettling to the point, I didn’t feel comfortable being there."

"The place is clean and quiet. You cannot enter with luggage from the front door. You have to enter through the garage which means there are two flights of stairs so if you do have a lot of suitcases or elderly with you it’s something to consider. We had a lot of suitcases, a family member on oxygen, and assumed we could enter from the first floor. We planned to keep the suitcases on the first floor for the stay. Parking is great and it is a great area."
