"This property is conveniently located with a 15 minute drive to UNH and 5 minute walk to downtown Dover, though I wouldn't want to undertake its steep street on a snowy day. Travis is a great host who pays attention to the little things like providing a well-stocked coffee bar, an assortment of soaps, chilled wine glasses and frosted beer mugs. Unfortunately, this property is a subdivided old house that falls short on the big things. The main bed's springs are shot, making it far too soft. ...

"Liked that the kitchen, dining and living room was all open and made it spacious. Kitchen was fully equipped fridge, stove, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, silverware and other utensils one would need. Bedrooms were nice. Adequate closet space. Vinyl plank flooring throughout which is nicer than carpet for allergies and in case of spills. Parking was easy. There was a nice deck with furniture to sit and you could see the ocean from the deck. Easy to get to places from...
