"We had a very nice stay at this rental. It is a second and third floor combined apartment. It is older, but clean, and very homey. The stairs up to the apartment are a little difficult to navigate so be aware of that, but there is a back entrance up the deck stairs that were much easier. We had a small blip with the smoke detector and James was very responsive in getting that taken care of for us. I would not hesitate to rent hereagain, so I guess that is the best recommendation. "

"I was in Greenfield to do genealogy research, and needed a quiet place in which to work. This location worked perfectly. In addition, this is a well preserved residence that dates to the early 20th century. It's walking distance to the post office, library, and the co-op. I ate-in so I don't know about any of the local eateries. It is a very well equipped kitchen. The host was helpful, and I would stay here again."
