"Pretty cool place, close to the Appalachian Trail, cliffs, and tucked away in the mountains. Cell reception was spotty, and never figured out how to work the tv, but was saved by a dvd collection. We went to Hot Springs on the way up and enjoyed the secluded weekend."

"Spa was nice, peaceful and relaxationroom was a good size for me.and hubby.. Pool was closed due to season so nothing to comment on. We stayed in a Taft suite & it was beautiful and super spacious!"

"The reviews for this facility did not match the facility. The floors with rooms were extremely dated, had poor lighting (both in the halls and the rooms), the windows were cloudy and dirty. The ground level was clean, remodeled and trendy but that is where it stopped. The overall "vibe" was uncomfortable as someone traveling alone. I was thankful my children were not with me on this trip."

"The room was clean. Looks dated but was clean. Bed was comfortable. Best shower pressure I have ever had at a hotel. Breakfast was not good. Lacked any flavor. Over all I would stay again"
