"I used to stay at Red Roofs when I traveled for work. They were so much better than this one. In the room the paint was peeling off the ceiling in a large area. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work so any odor came out in the room. There were 3 of us and there were only towels for 2. Got additional towels and they looked like someone had been working on a car with them. A lot of dark stains on them. Even the envelope for the room keys was used. It was worn and had a previous room...

"I *used* to stay here 4x a year. It’s always been convenient, affordable, right off the highway, and not luxurious but totally acceptable to stay for a quick night off the road. But I was just there and the room they gave me was absolutely disgusting. The main problem was it STUNK! of urine. I’m assuming they allowed a dog to stay in there and it peed ALL over the rug. "I checked in and was provided a room. My wife is in a wheelchair. The room was not wheelchair accessible. They changed room to an "accessible room"(?) which the wheelchair brushed both the wall and bed footboard at the same time. The beds were hard as a 2" PC of foam on a piece of plywood. The lights from the "Mall" across the road shined in the window all night... I will never stay there again."
