"Staff are very helpful with accommodating requests and respond quickly. The property is clean and well maintained. Security on-site is excellent. "Pros: Clean basic accomodation, great value for money. Parking outside the room. Con: Noise from the road."

"Good location, staff on front desk were helpful. Some parts of the resort look a bit tired, could do with a birthday. The pool area is being upgraded and will be great when complete."

"The bathroom needed a major overall with dripping taps, waterlogged under the tiles & rotten flooring & skirtings. We had to wash the dishes in the handbasin!."

"It had everything we needed and a lively location"

"Very nice place to stay, wish it had been advertised that a ferry was required to be taken to get there."

"We were so surprised by this lovely boutique motel. Attention and care has been placed on the rooms to make them an enjoyable place to be. The decor was lovely. The room was bright and had a proper little kitchen & dining table. All the staff we met were really friendly. We would just suggest taking Earplugs if you're noise sensitive due to nearby traffic noise. We highly recommend this motel and if we pass through Ballina again we'd definitely go back."

"The location of the hotel was great Close to shops and other cafes and restaurants"
