"The property was poorly maintained, the bed appeared to not have new linens. The sheets looked slept in and the bathroom was uncleaned. I opted to wear rubber slippers on order to stab in the tub. Lots of hair throughout and insects."

Only reason for Four instead of Five is no place to sit in the room, except the bed. There’s room for one.
