"The kitchen area was amazing. The couch was very comfortable and perfect for relaxing. The air conditioning did not work. There were no bathroom towels. Some beach towels. We had three total for 5 people. The advertised private beach access was not able to be found. We gave up and drove to the beach 2 miles away. This could be an amazing place if those things were fixed. We did ask for more towels. But they never came. The basement smelled like gas and I told the owner and he said he would...

"The only reason I marked less than excellent for cleanliness is because there is painting and other improvements happening so it creates an appearance of not being clean. Other than that, the property is kept beautifully. I stay there once a year for a week and it is comfortable and makes me feel safe. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts are varied and plentiful."
