"We had a wonderful stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a great selection. A special mention goes to Rachel at the bar, who was friendly, professional, and made our evenings enjoyable with her warm conversation. The lady at reception was also lovely and provided us with all the information we needed on arrival. All the staff were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel at home throughout our stay. "Rude receptionist who barely acknowledged us on arrival, completely disinterested. The room was basic but clean and fine for our short stay of 1 night. The general noise levels are awful, no soundproofing in the walls and constant banging from an internal door along the corridor. There is no temperature control in the room and it was particularly hot weather which made our stay very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. Would not recommend to anyone and we are very easy going people"
