Great location, clean rooms. However, as the hotel is located above a pub it is noisy and hard to sleep on Friday and Saturday nights. We could hear the pounding music which made it hard to sleep. There is no hotel common area or prescription area….. price reflects what you get.

The rooms were clean, staff were helpful. Overall great experience except the long walk to and from the room to the reception area which is the only exit to the building for guest.

We absolutely loved staying at this little gem of a hotel. It's just a few steps from Earl's Court station, but somehow feels incredibly calm and tucked away from the bustle of London. The beautiful back garden was one of our favorite spots. If we hadn't been out exploring the city every day, we would have happily spent hours there reading and relaxing. The restaurant was excellent, and the bar served some wonderfully eclectic cocktails. We loved all of the staff, who were warm and welcoming throughout our stay. A special mention to the charming Lithuanian maître d' in the restaurant, who made every visit a pleasure, and to the talented bartenders. Our beautiful room with a view of the quiet street was definitely on the compact side, and we could hear the guest upstairs who seemed to enjoy stomping around. That's probably part of the charm (and quirks) of an older building, and perhaps a few thicker carpets would help. But honestly, it was a very minor issue in what was otherwise an amazing stay. We will be back to this magical place.

I recently stayed at Three Falcons and found the experience to be mixed. The positives first: the staff were polite, and both the bed sheets and bathroom were clean. The room was very small, which I expected and didn’t mind. However, there were several issues that affected my stay. There was no phone in the room, so if you needed anything you had to go downstairs, which was inconvenient. While the bathroom was clean, the carpets did not appear to be, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room. The bathroom sink was far too small. Washing my face without making a mess was nearly impossible, so I often had to step into the shower just to wash my face. Even brushing my teeth was awkward because of the sink’s size. The shower temperature was also unreliable. There were times when the water was warm, but on several occasions it was completely cold. Overall, the hotel was adequate, but I don’t feel it offered good value for the price. A cleaner carpet, a normal-sized sink, reliable hot water, and a room phone would significantly improve the guest experience.
