The staff were superb they couldn't do enough for us! We loved our spacious room, and the menu was interesting and delicious each night as well as a lovely breakfast. I would definitely revisit!

There was no spa pool, tried to make a booking before our stay for a massage, was sent a message staying our request was waitlisted? Cheltenham Chase Hotel & Spa
The hotel was lovely but the swimming pool was small and there were children splashing around the who time so not very relaxing. The waitresses for the meals are not very efficient. We had to wait a long time for our order to be taken. At breakfast, the food was not replenished and it was difficult ...
