"Very friendly staff. Excellent housekeeping. Check in and out can be done at automated kiosks in reception. We stayed in an exec room which was good - albeit both rooms and particularly bathrooms are a little dated. We ate at the restaurant one night which was also good. Happy hour drinks is until 6pm too 😆"

"Nice clean place with lots of things to do. However, with the labour problems there was over an hour wait to get into the parking lot since they were letting in only 1 car every 15 minutes. We ended up parking in a shopping center parking lot and walking over to the resort with all our luggage! Very inconvenient and nothing done by the hotel to compensate guests. No mention of the labour problems when booking."

"Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Only downside is the room was terribly hot and the air conditioner would not cool it off. The air conditioner also made a loud rattling sound. It wasn't just my room, my friend's room was the same way."

"Did not like the interior view. Room was nice but had to have heating serviced twice to stop the a/c from freezing us out. Staff were very quick to respond to our concerns and needs."

"From check in to checkout Staff was very helpful and kind, the room and public areas were all very clean, the view from the Riverview premium room was fantastic, the pool and hottub were both at great temperatures towels readily available and pool deck was clean, amazing location within walking distance to attractions, the falls and the Casino, fair price, mini fridge was large enough to hold a couple wine bottles and left overs, overall very impressed and will definitely book again when i return to Niagara falls"
