"Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, facilities not luxuary but good enough. Amazing view from our room and on the 14 th floor for the firework! Will definitely come back for future trips. The only thing I don't like and hope to see improvement is the elevators! They are old, slow and noisy, and stopped in the middle unexpectively once, quite scary! And this is why I don't want to give 5 stars for this review."

"The hotel is in an excellent location: minutes to downtown and across from a beautiful museum: Agha Khan Museum. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean. It was very easy to sign into their wifi. The overall price was affordable. We will return happily."
