"This hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, I have stayed here multiple times and I am never disappointed."

"Staff was really friendly and accommodating. Room wasn't very clean. Hairs on pillowcases, sheets had permanent stains on them, under the beds weren't swept and behind the center table was gross. Only outlet to plug your phone in was behind the center table or in the bathroom. Microwave needs a good wipe down on the inside from the top to the bottom. Could definitely use a heavier top blanket to keep warm without having to run the heat and get hot. Bathroom floor needs to be mopped. Towels are pretty small. "

"It’s a nice place. Quite large with an indoor pool and banquet hall. Have stayed here a few times over the years and never really ever disappointed. Staff, is courteous, beds comfy and breakfast buffet satisfying. It’s not the ritz and if you go looking for something to complain about I’m sure you could find it. I’m happy to support a family run inn where there are so many national chains that dominate the market. Recommend and will be back."

"The room overall was clean . Staff were very helpful explaining where the laundry facilities were in the building and how it worked. Breakfast offered several options for protein as well as fresh fruit and carbohydrates. I would have given this hotel 5/5 but rated it 4/5 due to either gnats that entered my room through a crack in the hotel window screen or through the AC. "

"We always stay here whenever we're near Great Falls because we love the location and the facilities are always nice. It has a great location with ample parking. We love getting a balcony or patio suite. Love the river walk and river."

"The walls to the rooms are very thin. The hotel was mostly vacant, but they booked our room right next to someone else’s room. The first night I heard two men arguing around 4:30 am for quite a while. The second night someone next door was yelling/screaming/ and loudly singing for hours. When I finally called the front desk at 1 am, it took another hour before it was resolved. We did not have restful nights either night."
