"Hi all On arrival check in was nice and quick,Staff very friendly and polite,Once I got my keys and was in my room I read the inventory there was a check list ,I went through it items where missing, I called the main Office, This took time only there for a day, Room was loverly size Kitchen need finishing off also Bathroom,But don’t let that put you off, Would stay there again,Great location."

"We have been here a couple of times olredy, and enjoyed the facilities at the flat , To not go wrong we always bring same of our same of our plates cutlery and a large frying pan , so not to rely of the one on the premises as nothings wrong with it, but we prefer ours. Otherwise the flat is presented clean and with heating ( for those winter days) and nice confortable beds . By the way This 2 bedrooms flat is quite big We be back for sure ."

"What a fabulous place - set in stunning countryside but only approx 4 miles from Skegness. The gardens were beautiful, the swimming pool was perfect for swimming and exercise as well as relaxation. The apartment was spacious, warm and had all we needed. Our hosts were friendly and helpful, the smallest of things like the welcome plaque just made it seem more personal & inviting. "A hotel, with a pub, NOT the other way around ! Locals drop in and not the usual plastic Corporate you normally experience. Yes, it is limited as they don't provide food, but gauge your expectations to the location and price ! Rooms are big ! Car park is big (plus free overnight Market Square parking, if busy). Great selection of beers and the place is huge. Reception is massive. I can see why local Weddings like it, plus smack in the middle of Alford town. Would I stay again - Yes, actually, and I have stayed at quite a few hotels in my career. This place is just honest, simple, clean and relaxed. Plus, if you want a takeaway, they encourage you, unlike other hotels ! Enjoy"

"Staff were great, very professional, room was clean, breakfast was good - though I can only speak for getting there by 8am. No issue with facilities and location was also less than 20 minutes flat walk from the train station and slightly quieter than closer into the centre which was good. Some maintenance/decorating/new carpets etc would benefit the hotel, so that may be something to expect but didn't impact my stay at all. The lobby ceiling was impressively painted and the building does have some real character. I would certainly stay here again if I was back in Skegness."
