"A very basic hotel that could be so much better. Everything looked tired in this property…the furniture, the walls and floors, even the staff. Lacked basics like wash clothes, coffee for coffeemaker, hair dryer, king beds had two measly little pillows. Great location in the center of town and spectacular views over the harbor."

"My mother and I stayed for one night and we would never return to this hotel . The service was disrespectful, unsafe and incredibly rude . My mother and I have never been treated so poorly . The first day we arrived at the hotel to be greeted by the cleaning lady that asked to be paid immediately. I gave her cash but she wasn’t able to supply us with a receipt. "The property looks and feels outdated and poorly maintained. We paid more expecting a true 5-star resort experience, but in reality, it did not even meet the standards of a 3-star property. There were numerous issues throughout our stay, including mold and dirt in the shower, an uncomfortable bed and pillows, and a blanket that appeared dirty.
