"Disappointed with room, cold - one radiator didn’t appear to work and one needed reprogramming in order to get warmth. The duvet was thin meaning we were cold during the night, and the bed was uncomfortable, so much so we nearly got up and drove home. Shower had black mould on head & pipe. There was a dirty towel, wedged behind the door on the bathroom floor. I went to use a beaker and saw that it was stained so gave up using anything in the kitchen."

"Rooms clean and a good size. Bathrooms have walk in showers and were very user friendly. Pub 200m down the road if you don't want to cook. Such a nice surprise to have milk in the fridge and tea and coffee supplied. Spacious lounge and dedicated dining room were appreciated. Would stay again for longer to explore the area."

"Set in a small village in the heart of Leicestershire countryside, lovingly converted stables to high end spec. Very dog friendly, all modern appliances, comfy bed, great shower t.v.`s Wi-Fi etc. Lovely welcome basket for humans as well as dogs. Owners Nat & Dan very attentive and helpful nothing too much trouble. Would definitely return, Highly recommended."
