When I first arrived after a 4 hours flight, i saw Jonathan who was at the front desk on his mid night shift. I did a request for a room which has bath tub for my kid. With his great customer service attitude he try and manage to secure a room for us. He is willing to go the extra mile to meet customer’s requirements. Daphne, on the other hand. Assisted me on sending a package out to my vendor on an urgent case. Great staffs you have and i am coming back to your hotel every trip in Shenzhen. "
