Grand Strand Vacations

"Beach view was gorgeous and the bed was comfortable. Parking was a pain. There was somebody in a mega truck who was told he could park in five spaces, so it took me a minute to find a spot. When I mentioned it to the front desk worker she asked me what I wanted her to do about it."

"This is fair at best. Rooms are old and not very clean. Big wad of hair on floor when I walked in. Lots of dirt build up in bathroom corners. Toilet is loose. Odor of weed in elevators. While checking in, clerk literally took a personal phone call before I got called up. Common areas not air conditioned. Convenient location."

"My balcony was huge facing the street, I had the option of indoir/outdoor pool! I ask the staff to clean my room& they only made the beds"

"The room was clean but the hotel halls smelled like weed, and the elevators had not air flow and was hotter then hot. We would stay again but they need to fix the issues."

"I didnt like having to come downstairs to get more towels. People did not hold their dogs in the elevator. The elevator wait was ridiculous, it kept skipping the floor I was on. But overall I enjoyed the property and will be back!"
