The place was closed do to water demage and what it got me so disappointed was that they never send me a notification until I got there so they send me to a different hotel called Clarion, what a nightmare I tried to talk to the manager of Country inn and they kept telling me that he wasn’t there to call back later , I’m calling him today again, I hope I get some refund back

Room was fine. Expedia site said it was $30/week for parking and hotel receptionist said $10/day. So there was an issue right at check-in. We ended up paying $30, but weren’t happy with how it was handled. Also, front desk staff didn’t speak much English which made it more difficult. Won’t be returning.

The Elevator did not work and we had a bunch of luggage to carry up. Then we get to the room and it was kinda dirty , freezing cold and the remote to the tv had no batteries. They did eventually being batteries up for us.

We were on the first floor, and the curtains did not have any way to close them. So the parking lot lights show all night directly into our room. The first room they gave us keys twice would not work. So they switched rooms and those keys did work. The beds were not comfortable at all. We would not stay there again.

The beds were so uncomfortable. The website said they were pillow top mattresses and down comforters, but they were not at all. Walls were super thin so you could hear everything from your neighbors. We couldnt sleep at all while there. And guests roamed the halls yelling and slamming doors all night as well. I did tell the night receptionist and she did indeed say something to them, but they didnt listen, so that was that. She never said another thing. Im not being rude, but i will never stay here again. The description for this hotel was a complete and total farse. So beyond disappointed, and exhausted from no sleep! We came to stay here as we had a death in the family, and the experience here made our entire situation so much worse. Not to mention this hotel was filthy! I have never given a bad review before, but i am sorry, this place definitely warrents this bad review.

Our day was OK. Our room definitely wasn't the cleanest I've ever been in. Lots of dust and webs. The family in the room above us let their children run back-and-forth across the room in the evening and that was annoying, but obviously not the fault of the hotel. The only true complaint I have is that we specifically look for a hotel that includes breakfast to save some cost and the breakfast was essentially nonexistent.

There was only enough "hot" food for 2 or 3 people. The eggs were stone cold both days. The sausage was lukewarm on day 2. The biscuits were excellent but there was no gravy. They had real butter. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant, especially Elbur at the front desk.
