"We had trouble with the key to get in. It wouldn’t work. The bathroom and the bed were very clean. The air conditioner was not functioning and it was at the time when they had all the smoke from the fires. The temperatures were in the 90s, so it was not a good situation.
My husband went to get coffee at 6:50 AM and the office wasn’t open and when he came back, he couldn’t get the key to work in our door.

"This hotel experience was so awful I checked out 1 hr after arriving and told that a clean room fan was not available! The room was one of there “family rooms.” The room was filthy:
-Multiple heavy water or waste stains on ceiling panels
- Pet urine spot on carpet
- Bathroom floor and toilet had hair and dirt around it.
-Room fan was caked with grime and dirt
-Room window wells and screens full of bird poop and grime
- What appeared to be mouse dropping in a corner.
