Location, Views! 6 Bedroom 5 Bath, Pool Table Close to Town and Nat'l. Monument

  • Space, Location and Serenity! Amazing home beautifully situated on an acre and a half and only 1.5 miles to Main Street Downtown or head in the other direction and you are only 4 miles to the East Entrance of the National Monument. You can even see the parking lot of the Lunch Loops Trailhead from house! This oasis of nature overlooks the Lunch Loops Trails, has views of the Grand Mesa and the National Monument and is even frequented by deer. We have 6 bedrooms containing 2 king bed, 4 queen beds. 2 twin beds and a pull out sofa in the living room with 3,500 square feet of living space waiting for you and your companions. From the 550 sq. ft. covered deck overlooking the Lunch Loop trails you can sit and relax while taking in views of the Grand Mesa and the National Monument. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and the 26'x18' living room has a 65" smart TV and a queen sleeper sofa. The house even offers a beautiful 8' Olhausen Pool table and 65" high def TV in the second living room. The upstairs and bedroom #6 has a 55" high def TV. This is one place worth checking out! We do ask, please. no pets allowed in the house. This is greatly appreciated and is respectful to those guests that stay that may have pet allergies. Thank You!

Perfect vibes and great views

Our stay here was the perfect home base for our friends annual mountain biking trip. With Lunch loops so close by, we were able to go straight from the trails to the house. Good wifi and all of the amenities needed for a perfect trip.

This was a wonderful home for our Thanksgiving with 16 family members, ages 6 to 89! The house has everything! Best stocked kitchen I’ve ever encountered in any vacation home. The hosts were so friendly and helpful!

Perfect for a Family gathering.

Todd and his wife could not be more kind and accommodating. The house is large and roomy and very well appointed. With the Colorado Monument Park just off the back porch and Arches National Park 1:45hrs. away it’s a wonderful location. Don’t miss the drive from Cisco to Moab, truly beautiful.

Todd and his wife are super friendly and informative about the area and house. This was an absolutely perfect house for our group. Finding a place where everyone gets their own bathroom is like findin a needle in a haystack but once you arrive and learn about the house transformation it makes the place even more amazing. Lovely property, a very gracious host. The house has so many rooms and so many bathrooms which makes it really nice for the functionality of a multi family stay. Lots of nice touches to make the stay more comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked, you really don’t need to bring any big stuff (mixer, pots, grill, crockpot, etc.) if you are cooking.

Great house for big goups

Our family (9 in all) came for my mom's 96th bday. This place was great, because each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom. The views are spectacular, the kitchen, though small-ish, is well-equipped, the owner is available and quick to respond. There's lots of parking. It's close to town and to the Monument. This is wonderful home for big groups.

We absolutely loved this place! We have a large family and stay in a lot of rental properties, and this place was one of our favorites! It was very clean, and had so many extras (toiletries, paper towels, coffee, tea, lotions, and the list goes on!) making the house really feel like “home” for a week. This house is even bigger than it seemed online and there was plenty of room for our group of 5 adults and 8 children. I highly recommend this property! (As an aside, I found the owner to be amazing to work with!)

Great setup beautiful views

This property is ideal for multiple couples/families. Each room we used had a separate bathroom. There is plentiful living/common space as well. The home is a short drive to a great hike of the lunch loop trail and has excellent views off the back deck and living room. The beds were comfortable and everything we could have needed was provided. Scott was a terrific host, great communication and very welcoming.

Wonderful Stay for Parents 80th Birthdays

Eight of us stayed here to celebrate our parents 80th birthdays. What a wonderful celebration in this beautiful home! The views from the outside deck were amazing! Gorgeous mountains & wildlife surround the property. We saw deer, horses, and an owl. Todd, the property owner couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was perfect. He even came with tools to help us replace a tail light that burnt out on our car! Our experience here went above & beyond all of our expectations. And who doesn't love having a bathroom attached to every bedroom?! Don't miss this place!

Great property

This house was perfect for our group of 9! Views are beautiful, and it made us feel like we were far away, although it was close and convenient to everything we were doing in Grand Junction. The house is stocked with almost anything that you may have forgotten, which is rare for a Vrbo. All five bedrooms have attached bathrooms, which was a bonus! The pool table was a bonus that we enjoyed as well. There is plenty of space for a large group, and a great patio as well. The owner was really responsive, and showed us the house when we arrived. I highly recommend this property for any large group.

Perfect Family Gathering Place

This place was perfect for our large family get together! We had 11 adults staying and many others that visited throughout our stay. This place is large enough to have a large family gathering and be comfortable. Everyone had a place to sit, eat, drink, and socialize. The kitchen and dining area are set up perfectly with anything you’d need to entertain. Plus, the place is amazing for sleeping arrangements too. We all had very comfortable beds with so many bathrooms readily available. There’s so many great things I didn’t mention about this place, but I do have to mention that Todd was a great host. He made sure we knew how to work everything and was available if we had any problems. If we’re back next year to Grand Junction, we will definitely book this place again!
