Amazing home beautifully situated on an acre and a half and only 1.5 miles to Main Street Downtown or head in the other direction and you are only 4 miles to the East Entrance of the National Monument. You can even see the parking lot of the Lunch Loops Trailhead from house! This oasis of nature overlooks the Lunch Loops Trails, has views of the Grand Mesa and the National Monument and is even frequented by deer. We have 6 bedrooms containing 2 king bed, 4 queen beds. 2 twin beds and a pull out sofa in the living room with 3,500 square feet of living space waiting for you and your companions. From the 550 sq. ft. covered deck overlooking the Lunch Loop trails you can sit and relax while taking in views of the Grand Mesa and the National Monument. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and the 26'x18' living room has a 65" smart TV and a queen sleeper sofa. The house even offers a beautiful 8' Olhausen Pool table and 65" high def TV in the second living room. The upstairs and bedroom #6 has a 55" high def TV. This is one place worth checking out! We do ask, please. no pets allowed in the house. This is greatly appreciated and is respectful to those guests that stay that may have pet allergies. Thank You!
