Summary:
Perfect house for your group - Entire 6 bedroom home in quiet downtown location, with lots of character, and plenty of room. Short walk to downtown shopping, restaurants, and events. Walking distance to CMU. On the doorstep of Grand Junction’s vibrant restaurant and local shopping district (located on Main Street) and much more!

The Space:
Host is off site but easy to reach. Six spacious bedrooms with six comfortable queen sized beds, a full sized kitchen, and a generous backyard. The house offers the perfect retreat for large families and friend groups looking to stay in the heart of downtown Grand Junction. Pet friendly with fee and rules.

Guest Access:
The entire house is available to your group. Landscaped front yard and private back yard offer outdoor retreat.
Parking is a single very narrow driveway, free street parking, and approximately 5 spaces in the alley.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in mixed use, office and residential and despite its proximity to the downtown nightlife, is usually quiet on the weekends. Most of the downtown attractions are found easily on foot. Many restaurants, bars, and local retailers can be found a few blocks away on Main Street.

Getting Around:
Most anything you might want is walkable from the house. Grand Valley Transit is available with service to both ends of the valley from Palisade to Fruita. Parking for this house is in the front driveway, free street parking, or 5 spaces against the backyard in the alley.

Other Things to Note:
Please respect our place. It has been loved for many years and hopefully you will love it too.
Good communication with your hosts is invaluable! If you don't understand anything please ask.
We expect guests to use common courtesy: wash & put away your dishes. Clean stove/counters, clean up your messes and after your pets, remove shoes indoors if they will bring in dirt, snow, water etc.
If you wish to use the grill you will need to supply your own briquettes or 1lb (green camping size) bottles.
Do not receive mail at this address, or use the mailing address for applications or personal purposes (this is illegal).

Interaction with Guests:
Your hosts are in Palisade (where we have a BNB) but are available to answer any questions or concerns for guests during their stay. Our son, Keenan co-hosts with us and is close by if there is anything you need.

Family Vacation in Grand Junction

Great convenient location! Well laid out for a group of adults. Big enough for our family of 12. Outside is shaded for hot days and big enough to play games with the family.

Great Base Camp for MTN Junction and Fruita!

10 of us enjoyed the stay. Easy access to downtown, Lunch Loops and The Ribbon. Very clean and comfortable.

Perfect Conference Accomodation

We were attending a conference Grand Junction. This VRBO is place perfectly as it was within easy walking distance to the conference center and downtown, making it easy to get everywhere we wanted without driving.

Family graduation celebration

This home was perfect for our needs. We had family visiting from CA, HI, MO, NV and AZ. This home has 6 large bedrooms that accommodated our whole group so we could have the most time possible together. Easy walk to Main St for shopping and restaurants. Owners were very responsive. Highly recommended for large groups.

We (there were 8 of us) spent 4 nights here and were bicycling the area. The house was perfect for us. It was a quiet area, walking distance to down town and easy access to the bike path. We would definitely stay here again

Bug issue

There was an issue with bugs. Earwigs on the bathroom and kitchen floor. There were also earwigs and other bugs in the 1st bedroom downstairs.
