I was suprised that you didn't let us know when it was ready (as promised) but as it was christmas, I didn't want to give anyone a hard time. we couldn't seem to cool the place down, and the hot tub was not working properly -- but I called once and then called again and you sent someone. Just a note to BYO firewood for the fireplace - we didn’t realize there wouldn’t be any and missed out on a fire the first night, but was very easy to pick up the next day at the Safeway. "The home itself was lovely with incredible potential. The home seemed very new with some details not addressed (toilet handle falling off, doors that were not plumbed or hung correctly so would not close) Dirty non laundered blankets, air fryer had old food in it...) and in need of a pest control service. The upstairs loft with 4 beds has no window coverings and it is impossible to sleep beyond sunrise. However, the home layout and decor is quite tasteful and modern. It could be stunning...
