"We were unexpectedly delayed en route and could find no way to check in after the early close so had to drive all the way to our final destination and beg the other hotel to let us stay at great expense. No idea why the hotel did not contact us and arrange to leave the room open. "

"We had a pleasant stay. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Bed was comfortable. The pool area was a treat. It was well-kept, clean, and had a open feel with all of the windows and doors open to the sprawling yard and the mountain views. Although the parking lot seemed large enough, parking was a little chaotic. The restaurant had a good variety of choices and reasonable prices. Recommend the hotel and restaurant."

"Room did not look like photos. We had to make our own beds!!! The hotel is in a remote location where the restaurant and local grocery store were closed. The hotel staff did not inform us ahead of our stay, forcing us to drive 60 minutes both ways to find the nearest play to dine."
