"Check-in was easy and quick. Rooms have been recently renovated and were clean. Minor issues with no water from bathroom faucet. Beds are comfortable and clean. Pool was closed for the season, which is strange considering it's the start of summer."

"I do not normally leave reviews, but I felt one was necessary after this stay. I rented this lake house for a friend’s birthday, and while the inside of the home was clean and nice overall, the outside of the property was very disappointing for the amount of money we paid.When we arrived, the AC was not on and the house was very hot. After turning on the wall unit near the front door, it began leaking a large amount of water onto the floor. The house eventually cooled down, but it was not a good first impression.The hot tub was also not ready. It was only 79 degrees, the controls were locked, and there were no clear instructions other than a link to an online manual. We had to figure it out ourselves, and it did not heat up until the next day.The biggest issue was the outdoor maintenance. I understand bugs are common at lake houses, but the furniture was covered in spider webs, and there were wasp nests around the furniture, handrails, entryways, and deck. I spent about an hour knocking down webs and spraying nests just to make the area usable.The lake area was also a safety concern. There were large limbs and logs near the dock, the wooden steps out of the water were broken, and there was no ladder. We had to physically lift our kids out of the water, sometimes laying on the dock to pull them up.Overall, the listing photos did not reflect the outdoor condition. The property needs serious cleaning, insect treatment, and safer lake access. I would not recommend this stay."

"Laundry service was convenient. The host was friendly and quickly responded to my messages. The rooms are clean and pet friendly. There was coffee, creamer, ice, and water available for us dishes a dishwasher, clean linens on the bed TV in the master and easy to find quiet neighborhood we will stay again thank you. "

"Restful and beautiful get-a-way! Amenities were plentiful, everything to make a relaxing stay!For us, the sofa bed was too soft for a good sleep. Everyone has preferences on mattresses however. "

"The staff was very friendly, and check in was quick. The room was extremely clean, including the beds, bathroom and shower. Breakfast was excellent, cereal, oatmeal, waffles, yogurt, oranges and apples, bread, bagels, mini muffins, coffee, orange juice, scrambled eggs, sausage, gravy! I'd also like to mention that this day's in was repainted on the outside and inside, and all the rooms are in the process of being upgraded. We were in one of those upgraded rooms, which included new furniture and new beds."
