We strive to be 5 ⭐️ hosts! Quiet time observed from 10pm to 7am. Park in driveway only. No parties. No animals. Have a great time!
Please shower before using hot tub. Lotions, oils, and sunscreen dirty the water. Also, please keep the hot tub topper on when not using.
Please use toilet paper only in toilets. Don't use "flushable" wipes. They clog the septic. Thank you

This home was fantastic with plenty of fun activities to enjoy. The backyard, deck, and patio were just perfect, and the location was excellent. I did have a few concerns about the cleanliness of certain areas, but after discussing them with Matt, I felt it was an isolated issue. He was receptive to my feedback and assured me it would be addressed promptly.

Extra space for family

I needed a place big enough to fit visiting family that offered ways to enjoy the weather over Memorial Weekend. The lake canal was very easy to access with kayaks via lift, and the hot tub and patio were pleasant places to take in the water activity.

Great house for our family

Had a fun 4 night stay for a mini spring break getaway. The house was comfortable for the family to spread out and exactly as described. I especially appreciated the little amenities of provided coffee, shampoo, etc.

Perfect little getaway

Lake Granbury

This is a GREAT property!! Very relaxing and peaceful! We loved how it was just off the main body of water. We really enjoyed the hot tub and all of the amenities that this property has to offer!!

Fun in Granbury

This was a very comfortable house. It was clean and had plenty of space for the six of us. The bedrooms are large and the bathrooms had plenty of counter space. Great rental!

Perfect for our long weekend

I stayed with my daughter, her husband and her family and my wife. We had four children as well ages ranging 6-17. The house was perfect for us and had things to do for everyone. The nearby Dinosaur Valley State Park was a big hit for the youngest 2. The hot tub was a hit with the teens. Had a great time visiting the Granbury square and taking the ghost tour as well. Overall it was a super relaxing weekend for all.

Great time at the lake

We had a great weekend, it was our 40th anniversary trip and it was nice to be able to get the whole family together and have a funfilled lake experience, the kids enjoyed making smores in the fire pit and fishing for bass off the dock overall a great experience, thank you

Great Spot on the Lake

We really enjoyed our stay here! House was clean and seemed well cared for. Lots of great ammenities and having access to the boat dock was a real plus. The host was great to work with as well - great communication and really easy to work with! Thanks for a great weekend!

Nice Place

Everything was good, with a few issues. The master bathroom faucets need work. The bathtub jets don’t work and the hot tub only half the jets work. Wonderful location and nice house. Communication was good!

Has it all

The house had everything we needed from cooking utensils/pots/pans, to outdoor games and plenty of seating. The backyard is peaceful, and it’s not a busy location, so you can fish or swim without issues. We appreciated having access to the boat lift. Would definitely book again!

Great House in quiet neighborhood

My sisters and I enjoyed a relaxing getaway. The space was perfect for us and not too far from Granbury. I wish we had more time to use the kayaks and explore the lake. The kitchen was adequate, but could use some newer skillets. Hot tub was a bonus! Overall a great home.

Girls weekend

Plenty of room for parking. House was very clean, beds were comfortable. Inside and outside spaces were great for gathering to chat and play games. Only negative (but not to detract from a 5 star rating) not enough wine glasses. But turned out several brought their own so all turned out great.

Perfect Relaxing Getaway

This property provided the perfect spot for us to gather with our kids and their families who live locally, for a relaxing Christmas time together! We enjoyed making and sharing meals and playing games (that we brought) in the spacious kitchen. The lake provided a portion of peace for me, and fun with fishing for the guys. My husband and I did enjoy the hot tub a couple of times as well. Nice quiet neighbor and convenient to town.
