"Shuttle to both airport and airport Metro which was convenient way to get to central Milan tourist sites. Noisy Rave music event with loud percussion all night- thru 4am, when we had to get up for our flight. So little rest! Not something they could control- but would have been nice to be informed!!"

"Really nice hotel, comfy and modern room. They kindly let us check in early which was appreciated. The only constructive feedback is the food from the evening menu is very basic. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on breakfast."

"The hotel was a bit out of Milan, the buses 99 and 222 outside of the hotel link up with tram no 24 then the metro into Milan and don’t cost much."

"Hotel was clean and room was adequate and presented well. Staff were really nice and helpful regarding any queries we had. For its price I would recommend it. It is a bit of a walk/bus/tram to the centre, but that’s what you get for the price."

"Hotel is lovely with crazy golf, a gym and a lovely garden area. However lights on our corridor on floor two were out for the duration of our stay. Informed staff but issue was not rectified. Difficult to access rooms in the dark. Only one waitress employed so could only book dinner one night in the hotel. We were provided with a list of restaurants near by but a car is required. We travelled to three on the list that’s were closed down. Frustrating that they were still provided as an alternative option for food by the hotel."
