About this property
Living in a Historic Building: Renting After a Complete Renovation
- This small studio, located in a newly restored farmhouse dating back to 1835, is situated in a quiet village in the beautiful Franconian Forest. The nearest major town is Kulmbach.
We live and work here, along with our two dogs.
The accommodation has a separate entrance and is completely independent of our living space.
There is a lovely terrace available.
We’ve lovingly, creatively, and luxuriously designed this small 22-square-meter studio. It’s equipped with a small open kitchen, a dream bathroom, a super-comfortable double bed (180x200), a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, a vacuum cleaner, and much more.
Unfortunately, dogs aren’t allowed to stay here, as our dog isn’t friendly toward other dogs.
