"The room was very spacious and always clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb with a huge choice of hot and cold foods and planty of different beverages. We had a fantastic 4 days at the hotel, there outside space was fantastic in the evenings with a couple of glasses of wine"

"Customer service great Coffee & lemonade was amazing Great food The room was not clean at the same level at it was last year and it was a very bad smell coming out from the pipes, pretty bad. I requested to have a different room and they changed it. I booked same hotel for my sister as well. Overall we'll likely recommend, and we'll also be back."

"The executive room was modern, luxurious, and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout — except at the bar. When redeeming my wine voucher with VIP access, stuff in the bar ignored my arrival and grabbed the voucher from my hand while still on the phone. A disappointing interaction that didn’t reflect the otherwise high standards of the hotel."
