"We stayed in October as a family of 2 adults and 1 one year old.
The hotel is in the most stunning location, we couldn't believe how accurate the pictures were. Felt like waking up in a postcard everyday! The reception staff were the friendliest and most helpful staff we've ever encountered. The hotel is constructing a new entrance as the old entrance and reception is now on the older side, despite this it was flawlessly clean and still very beautiful. Although we knew there was work going on next door, we never heard it!
The swimming pool was quiet for our whole stay, no problems getting a sunbed at all, the indoor pool was a great back up for milder/cloudier days but we were lucky with the weather and spent all of our time outside. There is a fridge and kettle in the room, and the bar delivers drinks to the poolside if you order from the designated poolside phone. The breakfast and dinner are on the pricier side if you book room only, so if you want the convenience you're better to book half board. Level 9 fine dining restaurant needs pre booking.
