  • Whether you are seeking a pristine place to relax or to have great adventures and make incredible memories, you found it here!

    Well appointed, clean, high-end, beautiful brand new waterfront home with a large designer swimming pool that wraps around the house. House sits on almost 200 linear feet of Caribbean frontage in top location close to everything. Beautiful foliage, flowers, fruit and vegetable trees on property. Depending on the time of year, you might find pumpkins, chives, potatoes, 2 types of melons, green peppers, cabbage, tomatoes, and hot peppers in our garden.

    All high-end finishes including granite, stainless steel, natural cypress finishes, beautiful European tile inside and out, and unparalleled views which include the historic capital of Cupid's Cay. Excellent snorkeling, fishing and cliff jumping right at the waterfront and two outdoor showers.

    Some features include a Weber propane barbeque, propane stove, Wii for kids (and adults!) 3 kayaks, a SUP, beachware including floats, beach chairs and much more!

    A private work area with a desk and office chair and high speed internet/WIFI make it ideal for a Flex-cation for anyone that needs to work remotely from the island.

    Home has city water with backup reserve tank for when the water plant cuts off water (happens often). Also a generator for any longer power outages which is another frequent occurrence on the island.

    You will be hard pressed to find a better located home with so many amenities on the island. The Friday night Fish fry, 1648 restaurant and French Leaves marina, Sky Beach club, all top restaurants, and some of the islands best beaches on both the Atlantic and Caribbean sides of the island just minutes away. Home is located on a private cul-de-sac on the Caribbean in "Lover's Hill" a peaceful authentic Bahamian neighborhood. Waterfront has many beautiful coral reefs for snorkeling (2 snorkeling sets are provided), great fishing and easy cliff jumping (at your own risk).

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home right on the ocean. Went cliff jumping and snorkeling. Couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. The house had everything we could need. It is very private and quiet. Governor's Harbor is a short drive to grab groceries, drinks, or a bite to eat. We would definitely stay here again and recommend booking!

Our family had another wonderful stay at Deborah’s beautiful home. This was our 2nd visit, and it was every bit as amazing as the 1st. The house is thoughtfully equipped with everything our family of 7 needed for a relaxing and memorable week in Eleuthera.The location is great- centrally located with stunning views, a fantastic pool, and easy ocean access. Paradise! Deborah is an exceptional host. She is incredibly responsive, always happy to answer questions, and consistently provides fantastic local recommendations that made our trip even more special.We couldn’t recommend this home more highly and are already looking forward to returning for our 3rd stay!

We had a great time at Deborah's house in Gov H! The property is perfectly located for exploring all the middle part of the island has to offer, as well as a good driving distance for exploring northern and southern attractions. The house was very comfortable and the views couldn't be beat! We had a great time relaxing in the house and pool and exploring all the nearby beaches! We aren't the strongest swimmers and didn't seem to be home around lower tides so we didn't swim out back but did enjoy watching some local fisherman catch fish (and a shark!) out back. There are tons of great restaurants nearby as well as easy access to groceries and gas. Roads on Eleuthera are rough, as is the road to the house, so definitely get a small SUV/truck - you will need it for any beach you want to visit! The generator came in handy a few times, but most power outages seemed to happen while we were out at the beach anyway!

Must see, must stay. Its so nice to wake up to the ocean view every morning. Pool on site was nice too. It was really cool to be able to cliff jump, fish, and snorkel on the property. When the water is calm, its amazingly beautiful. Close to GHB airport and Governors Harbor was a nice bonus for food.Getting in the ocean with rhe ladder is a bit of a workout so if you cant pull yourself up a ladder due to age, or fitness then this may not be your best option. If you're active or want memories with older kids, dont miss out on a once in a lifetime experience. Deb the host was quick to respond to messages prior to our arrival and then texted me once we were there to make sure everything was an easy process and it really was.

We had a fantastic stay! The home is in a beautiful location and affords a high degree of privacy. Really well equipped and extremely comfortable, the wrap around pool is a fabulous bonus.

House was not as clean as it should of beenThey need to let the guests know that the ladder to water you have to put in manually. Which would be hard for a woman because it is literally an aluminum ladder you have to pick up and out in down the cliffs. The host responses when we reached out was fair

Wonderful home and perfect base location to explore the island. Multiple turtle sightings daily from the back porch and beautiful sunsets to end each day. Host was very responsive and local property caretaker (Romell) was very helpful during our stay with local advice and met us at the airport with a rental car upon arrival. Was just my wife and I for the week, and we found the ladder for entry to the water a little challenging for us and decided not to use. Otherwise, we had an incredible stay and highly recommend this home.

House stocked with everything we needed. Great location on island as well as to governors harbor. Multiple turtle sightings from our cliff side ocean frontage. Kept all 8 of us happy and wishing for more island time.

This house was awesome! Stayed for 2 weeks. It was nice to have the generator in case the power goes out on the island - which it did for a day. The view is amazing. The snorkeling off the house is great. We used the kayaks. The only warning is that the ladder to enter the water can be challenging to navigate. We would stay here again.

I genuinely had an amazing time, the house is beautiful and so spacious. it’s also private so it’s quiet. we loved that it was near the airport and food places. Romell was amazing, one of the nicest persons I’ve ever met.

I can't say enough about this property. The location was perfect. Right on the water with amazing ocean views and beautiful sunsets. Short drive to Governor's Harbor with great restaurants. The fish fry on Friday's is a must to get the local experience. We fished from the property and caught some small, but unique species. We swam, snorkelled, kayaked. Water was a bit cool, but still amazing. We chartered a fishing trip with Jeremy Lewis who put us on fish even though the conditions weren't the best. Eleuthera exceeded expectations! Deborah and Romell where very responsive and helpful during the whole process. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Cupid’s Way! We loved the privacy of the property, the stunning views, and being able to jump right into the Caribbean just steps from the back door. The backup generator worked perfectly during the one evening when power was out for a few hours. Deborah, the host, and Romell, the caretaker, were both very responsive and helpful with any questions we had during our stay. We would definitely recommend booking this home if you’re planning a trip to Eleuthera!

Week in Paradise

We had the most beautiful week in Eleuthera. Property was as described. It was centrally located on the island. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. Loved seeing the turtles visit. Can’t wait to go back.

Great get away

We enjoyed our stay on the island! We loved the house! It was great to come home to the pool and great views! Has everything you need! Great location to be able to explore the island!
