The so-called “HQ” phone number doesn’t even connect you to the right person, which tells you everything about how badly this place is run. The kitchenette and washer are absolutely unusable—clearly no maintenance is being done at all. The entire property feels neglected and poorly managed. I booked for five days and couldn’t even last past the second day. They have zero system for handling cancellations or complaints. No manager, no accountability, no support—just chaos. The only thing this place has going for it is the location. Everything else is a joke."
