Mignon Penty with pool, quiet and close to beaches

  • Penty of charm, located in a property of 5000 m2 with large private heated pool. 1 large bedroom upstairs: 1 large king size bed. Living room with 1 sofa bed quality for 2 people + 1 comfortable bed for 1 person, new kitchen of 2019 fully equipped, bathroom with shower. Very nice veranda, overlooking the pool and a nice south facing terrace full big screen connected TV + netflix, DVD, Playstation game console, wi fi, barbecue, nothing is missing.
    Sheets, towels and tea towels provided. Toiletries provided also.
    Closed parking with remote control of the gate.
     3 mountain bikes on loan with helmets.
    deckchairs, outdoor chairs.
    Suitable for a family with 2 children. Caution: children must be able to swim.
    Complete book with good addresses, and many brochures of the tourist attractions of Cornwall provided.
